There are a number of areas within Liverpool that are very popular with students. Below is some information about the general student areas in Liverpool. At Address Properties our properties are mostly spread across Liverpool city centre, Wavertree, Kensington and Kensington Fields. See our below area guide!
City Centre:
In the city centre we offer an array of student properties the majority of which are usually apartments. As you can imagine you are ideally located to access all the amenities of the city centre and universities. University campuses are usually within walking distance saving you money on travel costs! Bars, restaurants and shopping complexes are also nearby making socialising with friends or perhaps travelling work easier. Prices of rent on the whole are higher than other areas, with most properties available from £120 per person per week.

Cons:
- Generally more expensive
- Often no parking
Wavertree:
The Wavertree/Smithdown area is located outside of the city centre, approximately a 10-15 minute drive away. The majority of the student properties are centered around the main road, Smithdown Road, which is home to plenty of local amenities geared towards making students' lives easier. This includes restaurants, take-aways, bars, shops andsupermarkets as well as excellent transport links. Rent compared to properties in the city centre, On average rents are priced at around £90 per person per week (including bills). Prices may vary.

Kensington Fields/Kensington:
Kensington Fields and Kensington have become increasingly popular with students and landlords over the past few years. The growing number of student interest has allowed for regeneration in the area, and there is an array of local shops, supermarkets and amenities for students. What makes this area popular is its proximity to the universities. The city centre is just a short walk away meaning public transport costs are completely minimized. There is also free on street parking for tenants (though some roads do require a residents permit)

- Close to local supermarkets and amenities

Yes we do usually require a guarantor. However if you are struggling to find a guarantor speak with our lettings team for advice as there may be other options available.
