Refurbish and develop
If you have a property that isn’t up to Address Properties standard or would like to refurbish we can do this with the help! We are one of the few Letting agencies to offer all of our services in-house with our sister company - Build Group.
No Rent No Fee
We only take our fees from rents collected so you will not have to pay us our fees if you have a vacant property or until the rent is paid!
