View
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements we will be able to assist you in finding the right property. We can arrange for you to view properties that fit your requirements, further still we can also keep you constantly up to date via email alerts when the latest suitable properties become available.
Reserve
Once you have found the property you are looking for simply contact us to reserve it. We will run you through what you need to do next. You will need to provide us with some information about yourself and will be asked to fill in an application form. You will also need to pay a holding fee.
From the point that all tenants have paid their holding fee the property will be reserved for you for 10 days. You must provide us all of the information required within this time.

Reference & Sign
Once applications have been submitted by all tenants and guarantors we will undertake our referencing procedure. This may include previous landlord references, employer references as well as financial checks.
Once all referencing has been successfully completed we will draw up your contract. In most cases, this will be sent out to you electronically for signature and can be accessed via your email.
Deposit
Your deposit, which will be outlined with the contract must be paid within 10 days of receiving the contract. Once paid in full, this will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service
Move In
Keys are available from our office on the pre agreed day that you will move in from 2pm (providing all information has been provided, processed and accepted in advance as well as first rent instalments and deposits have been paid)
You will receive a move in pack that will give you all the information on looking after your property, contact details and the out of hours maintenance call out information.
You will be required to sign off the condition of the property upon arrival and the office will let you know how to do this, however if you believe the condition to be not as you expect or you notice additional damage then you must inform us within 24 hours of entering the property and include as much evidence as you can.
Paying Rent
We recommend that tenants set up a standing order to pay their rent. This can be set up directly with your bank or via online banking and will ensure that rent is paid at the same time every month.
Rent can be paid via bank transfer or by debit card (small fees apply for card payments). We are unable to accept any cash payments
Reporting Maintenance
Address Properties has a team dedicated to handling maintenance within its managed properties. If you have any maintenance issues then please ensure that you contact our office as soon as possible. Our team are on hand to help facilitate the most effective resolution, no matter how small you feel that the issue.
