– Regular inspections

Seamless Transition

We’ve made it as easy as we can for you to switch to Address Properties. We can undertake and advise you with the steps you need to ensure a seamless transition over to our services, regardless of what package you choose.

Talk To Us

Let us know in plenty of time when you plan on switching to us. It may be useful to read over your current contract if you are with another agent. This will help us get an idea of tie in periods is due to end and therefore prepare our paperwork, marketing material and organise an advertising schedule for you in advance. We can also advise you on the best corse of action to take to avoid any unnecessary aggravation. The more notice we have will better enable a seamless transition.

Contract Terms

It is important you check the terms of your previous agent to ensure you are not liable for dual fees. We are happy to advise you free of charge on another agent’s agreement. If you would like us to, simply speak to one of our consultants and we will do everything we can to advise you.

You can terminate your current agreement with your agent by checking your agreement with them on how much notice you need to give them. If you wish for us to initiate proceedings for you then we can happily write to your agent on your behalf. In most cases, once your notice period is over and as long as you have provided the appropriate notice, you are free to appoint a new agent.
